No Post Today

Normally I would write why I wasn’t able to get an article ready on time, but this time I need to be a bit vague.

Long story very short, my godfather isn’t going to be around much longer. So my family and I have been a mess. I end up crying at random moments if something reminds me of him or his condition. We went to see him yesterday, and it was heartbreaking to see him in such a way. He is way too young to be leaving us, but there is nothing that can be done other than making him comfortable.

It’s been hard to do anything but cry. I can’t even read for more than a few minutes without bawling my eyes out. If posts seem to be a bit off for a while, that’s why.

All we can do is be there for him, his devoted wife and his daughters. The family is hurting bad but we are trying to keep things as normal as possible. I’m trying to keep myself productive too, but it hurts so much.
