Anime is weird enough, so why not add alcohol?
Since there are so many different sub-genres in anime, I thought it was only right to make several drinking games. However, there are thousands of sub-genres and that isn’t counting the sub-genres in those sub-genres. So I will probably make a part two further down the line.
Enough talking, let’s start drinking!
Game One: Harem
Examples: Highschool DxD, Monster Musume and To Love-Ru.
Take a shot when one of the following is said or done;
- The protagonist doesn’t get it
- A character gets flustered/nosebleed
- Fanservice
- Love interest saves protagonist or vice versa
- Catfights
- Romantic moment interrupted
- BAKA!
- Dramatic moment
Bonus rules
If you are playing this game with friends, take a shot when it gets awkward. Also, ladies, take a shot when you think to yourself “Boobs don’t work like that”.
Game Two: Comedy
Examples: Sakamoto Desu Ga, Osomatsu-San and The Devil is a Part-Timer.
Take a shot when one of the following is said or done;

- Interruptions
- Slapstick, take two shots if a character gets slapped by a girl
- Fanservice
- Drinking, two shots if it is alcoholic
- Cringe Comedy
- Character gets humiliated/ embarrassed
Bonus Rule
Take a shot if and when you laugh.
Game Three: Highschool
Examples: Baka and Test, Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions and My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU.
Take a shot when one of the following is said or done;
Tests
- Eating or hanging out on a roof, Take an extra shot if it is Bento
- Senpai
- BAKA!
- Sensei
- Bikes, take another shot if there is more than one bike in a scene
- Fights
- Misunderstandings
- Dramatic confessions
Bonus Rule
If you cringe, or if a character cringes, take a shot. If there is a Tsundere character, take an extra shot of she says Baka, gets embarrassed or hits her crush.
