Would you rather have seven dogs, seven cats or seven birds as pets?
Seven cats. I like dogs but I am also a bit scared of them at the same time. I’ve never looked after a bird, let alone seven so I’ll stick with what I know, cats.
What is your least favourite season and why?
Summer.
I hate the heat and sun. I know we joke about Scotland never seeing the sun yet the summer heat has been getting worse and worse each year. I burn almost comedically easy, it is not a good time for me.
What have you discovered this year (e.g. great TV show, hidden talent, etc)?
Unus Annus. I am still in mourning over the loss of this frankly legendary YouTube channel.
Is there anything from 2020 that you’re going to miss? Anything at all?
Maybe just how much free time I have.
Jokes aside, I currently work at a different location with different co-workers due to my location staying closed until restrictions are heavily lifted, I will miss the ones from my current location when my original opens again. However, that won’t happen for a good while.
What song describes your life right now?
I’ve No More F***s To Give! by Thomas Benjamin Wild Esq.
If you could turn yourself into an animal for an hour every day, which would it be?
I feel like this is a bit of a lame answer, but probably a cat. No real reason, it’s just what my gut says.
Which fictional character would you love to move in with?
Professor Hershel Layton from the Professor Layton game series.
He is tidy, loves tea as much as I do and is a very polite and friendly man. It would mean living in London as well as maybe joining him in an adventure or two.
Which book would you love to experience for the first time all over again?
Oh, that is a great question.
I can’t decide between two, funnily enough by the same author. The Night Circus and The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern. They are both so enchanting!
Which show from your childhood would you love to see a reboot of?
Not sure if this counts but there was a Tintin cartoon on when I was a kid, so that. I need more Tintin content in my life.
Would you rather be given your weight in gold or your weight in books?
Books, easy.
If you could live anywhere in the world (fictional places included), where would you live?
I might have spent way too many hours fantasising about this, but I would kill to live in the Shire.
It is my idea of heaven. Folk are chill, good food and drink everywhere and those Hobbit burrows look so cosy.
Here are my questions for you!
- What book/show do you think everyone should read/watch?
- If you had to be a sidekick for a fictional character, who would you want to partner with?
- What fictional animal would you like as a pet?
- Do you prefer dawn or dusk?
- Which season has the best food in your opinion?
- What troupe do you love?
- What fictional food or drink would you like to try?
- The controversial question, Star Wars or Star Trek?
- Would you like the power of flight or breathing underwater?
- What is your favourite quote?
- What song is stuck in your head at the moment?
I tag
I enjoyed reading your answers! I haven’t heard of that song til now.. I looked it up in Apple Music and Voila! What a catchy tune!

Great answers! Summer is my least favourite season as well (the heat either makes me lethargic or bad tempered) and I would definitely go with seven cats too. I wouldn’t say no to living in the Shire too!
