My three facts

There is always something burning in my room

Whether its wax, candles or incense I am always burning something that smells nice in my room.

At the time of writing, I am burning my Potions Class wax melt that smells of oriental musk and smoke. Heavenly if you ask me. The vast majority of my wax melts are based on books.

I do have a bad habit of not putting them out when I leave. Even if I know I’ll be out my room for a good while, I don’t bother blowing them out half the time. Don’t worry, I make sure to snuff them if I leave the house. Not that I will for a while now.

I know it’s bad but I do always close the door behind me so my cats don’t knock them over or anything like that.

Tea > coffee

Listen, I love caffeine more than the next girl, but coffee is way too bitter for me!

I normally drink fruit or herbal tea but recently I’ve found some lovely back tea that is sweet enough for me with enough caffeine to keep me going. My tea collection is growing out of control. I even have one tea that tastes of strawberries and chocolate.

I am not coping with Quarantine at all

I feel like I’m going stir crazy.

I miss my friends so much. I miss just going into town for the hell of it. I feel pretty lonely locked away like this. Each day seems to get longer and longer, and the lockdown hasn’t even been a full week yet! It is for the best but I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t looking forward to this ordeal ending. I know I said this before but please stay safe everyone.

• If you could meet any anime/book/TV character, who would it be?

Tintin from The Adventures of Tintin.

I’ve ranted and raved about him a few times but long story short, he is my inspiration.

• Name your top 3 favourite websites.

Reddit is probably my favourite. You can often find me in r/suggestmeabook, r/DnDMemes and r/antimlm.

In terms of social media, I prefer Twitter. Mostly because there are some decent memes on it.

I can (and have) spend hours on GoodReads organising my shelves, reading reviews and searching for interesting books to and to my infinite To Be Read list.

• Which anime/book/TV character would you marry?

Celia Bowen from The Night Circus.

She is smart and enchanting (in more ways than one) with a wonderful personality. Not to mention she is beautiful too. Plus it would mean I could live at Le Cirque des Rêves, one hell of a bonus if you ask me. A total win/win.

• What anime changed your life?

Death Note since it was the anime that got me into anime in the first place.

• What’s the background on your phone/computer right now?

My current D&D campaign we are playing is Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage so it seemed fitting to make this my wallpaper.
