Blogging Awards are a lot of fun. It’s always nice to be nominated and share the tag with other bloggers. It’s like a mini-community event.

My Three Facts

I am a Ravenclaw

Despite being stupid, I am a Ravenclaw.

Well, stupid might be a bit excessive. What I mean is that I’m not smart by the traditional standard. However, what makes me a Ravenclaw is my love of learning. No matter the topic, I love learning something new. I’m also a creative person and rather openminded.

I am a Dice Goblin

I have a major problem when it comes to D&D dice.

I am constantly buying more and more dice sets. Currently, I have around 20 sets at last count which might not sound like much but keep in mind each set is seven dice. Also, some sets cost about £16 each. Fates Folly, my party, keep telling me off but I can’t help it.

I need all of the dice!

I barely sleep

Half by choice, half outwith my control.

I am often up late working on personal projects, writing content for Nerd Rambles or really want to finish one last level or chapter before calling it a night. Most nights I finally drag myself to bed at 1 am.

But when I do, I struggle to fall asleep. It takes me about two hours to shut my brain off and sleep. Only to wake up at six most days.

I have bags under my eyes that could rival L’s.

Question Time

• What are your thoughts about the paranormal?

I call myself a sceptical believer. I do believe in ghosts, spirits and energy but if something goes bump in the night my knee jerk reaction isn’t GHOST!

Rather, unless every possibility has been ruled out I don’t consider something supernatural. Also, I haven’t tried to summon anything or use an Ouija board. Do you want to get possessed? Because that’s how that happens, keep that stuff away from me!

• What anime, manga and gaming story that really stuck with you?

As lame as it will sound, Death Note. It was the first manga I read and all these years later it is still one of my all-time favourites. I liked how they never objectively said who was right and showed arguments from both sides equally.

Admittedly I do prefer the ending of the live-action movie as it feels more satisfying than the anime and manga.

• What is the sexiest and least sexy name?

No idea, mate.

• What’s your plan for your blog?

Honestly, I don’t have a plan set in stone for Nerd Rambles.

All I know is I want to keep writing and improve my content.

• What’s your favourite trait about yourself?

My eyes since folk keep giving me different answers. I think they are blue but since dying my hair some folk tell me my eyes look green. No idea how that works but I think it’s pretty cool.
