Time for another round in the confessional booth.
Before you read this, is you haven’t already, please read part one. https://nerdramblesblog.wordpress.com/2016/03/20/confessions-of-a-gamer/
I haven’t played Overwatch, and I don’t intend to. It looks fun and I love the characters and their designs but I can’t afford it right now and I am not a big fan of FPS games in the first place. I’ll stick to Team Fortress Two.
Let’s be real here for a second, they are one and the same anyway.
I haven’t played any of the Uncharted games. Unlike Overwatch, I don’t really have an excuse as when I bought my PS4 the game that came with it was a bundle of the three Uncharted games. I don’t know why I haven’t even touched it. I probably should.
I dislike Mirror’s Edge, mostly because I am bad at it. It took me an hour to pass the tutorial. I only got to the bit where Faith goes to find Jackknife. I rage quit the game and haven’t touched it since. Not to mention the fact that I just couldn’t take the game seriously. Faith came across as an angsty teen rather than a badass resistance fighter from her look and her dialogue. Safe to say, I won’t play Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst.
I have honestly considered becoming a twitch streamer, but I know that would not end well.I am not likeable enough and my voice is seriously annoying. Not to mention, I don’t have the time nor equipment. Besides, no one would watch it anyway. I’ll stick to good old fashioned moaning on the internet blogging.
I have been playing way too much Fallout 4 as of late, to the point that I have had to stop myself on several occasions from picking up bottle caps in the streets.
At first, I hated the settlement part as I couldn’t figure out how to build anything, I felt if was pointless and not needed. It took me ages to figure it out but when I did I was hooked. Forget looking for my son, I need to build another cage to get another pet Deathclaw.
The one complaint I have is that the settlers mess everything up. One keeps sleeping in my bed, and one time when Sanctuary was under attack a setter put on power armour but died anyway. I can’t get her body out, so now there is a power armour lying on the ground and I can’t do anything about it!
Stupid NPCs.
